
Uganda Healthcare Federation (UHF) was established in 2010 as an umbrella organisation to bring together different groups in the health sector as an advocating body for the interests of the private health sector in Uganda and East Africa. UHF is established to represent interests of non-state health players in Uganda. UHF is mandated to gather issues affecting various private health sector players and lobby government for action.
The federation is a member of Private Sector Foundations Uganda (PSFU) and so far has 27 members. UHF has the Ministry of Health's endorsement and is affiliated to the East Africa Healthcare Federation. [ read more ]
